CEO Ivar S. Fossum has purchased 50,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 2.61 per share. After the transaction Fossum holds 412.172 shares in Nordic Mining. In addition, Fossum has an option to buy 450,000 shares at a price of NOK 2.625 per share. The option is valid until June 2008.
