NOM: New share capital registered

Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement 28 January 2020 regarding the completion of the Private Placement.

 

The Private Placement consisted of 28,700,000 new shares at a subscription price of NOK 2.00 per share, each with a par value of NOK 0.60.

 

The share capital increase has been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises today. Nordic Mining's share capital has as a consequence increased by NOK 17,220,000 to NOK 118,495,063.20 divided into 197,491,772 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.60.

 

The new shares have also been registered in the VPS and issued to the Managers. Subscribers in the Private Placement that pay for the shares will receive the new shares tomorrow, 31 January 2019.
