Reference is made to press release dated 30 March 2007 regarding capital increase in Nordic Mining.

 

Oslo Stock Exchange has approved the prospectus for Nordic Mining's offering of up to 28,718,140 new shares with preferential right for the company's shareholders. To the extent that the issue should not be fully subscribed by the shareholders, other investors and the public will be allowed to participate.

 

Subscription price is NOK 2.50 per share. The subscription period will be from and including 23 April 2007 to and including 7 May 2007.

The prospectus will be will be published Monday 23 April 2007 on Nordic Mining's website (www.nordicmining.com) and CAR's website (www.car1.no).
