Nordic Mining ASA and Store Norske Spitsbergen Kulkompani AS have entered into a cooperation agreement for testing and verification of Nordic Mining's EM (Electro magnetic) technology. The agreement comprises a joint program to explore the potential benefits of utilising advanced, integrated interpretation of EM data in prospecting and resource optimisation of coal deposits. The technology may potentially reduce the cost of prospecting and also reduce environmental impact.
