Reference is made to press release dated 9 May 2007 regarding successful rights issue in Nordic Mining.

 

Four (4) subscriptions, received timely and correct, for 76,500 shares with total proceeds of NOK 191,250 were by mistake not included in the reported result from the rights issue. Nordic Mining has accepted the abovementioned subscriptions, and the corrected number of shares subscribed in the issue is 13,861,835 with total gross proceeds of NOK 34,654,587.
