Jan Sjølie (Executive Vice President) has purchased 30,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 3.30 per share. Prior to the purchase and including shares allotted in the recent rights issue Sjølie had 1,575,000 shares. Sjølie's new shareholding is 1,605,000 shares. In addition, Sjølie has an option to buy 275,000 shares at a price of NOK 2.625 per share. The option is valid until June 2008.
