NOMI - Management share purchase
Jan Sjølie (Executive Vice President) has purchased 5,000 shares in Nordic Mining at a price of NOK 1.20 per share. Prior to the purchase Sjølie had 395,628 shares, and his new share holding is consequently 400,628 shares. In addition, Sjølie has an option to buy 275,000 shares at a price of NOK 6.97 per share. The option is valid until June 2008.
