Reference is made to press release dated 19 December 2006 regarding Nordic Mining's offer to the shareholders of Rana Gruber AS.

 

Extraordinary general assembly in Rana Gruber was held 4 January 2007. The purpose of the assembly was i.a. to resolve amendments to the by-laws in connection with a possible sale of the company. The proposal to amend the by-laws was not resolved.
