Reference is made to previous press releases regarding the offer to the shareholders of Rana Gruber; latest press release dated 10 January 2007.

 

Nordic Mining has established a bond loan exclusively linked with the intended acquisition of Rana Gruber. The offer to the shareholders of Rana Gruber is no longer valid, and consequently the loan including costs will be repaid according to the terms for the bond loan.
