NOMI - RIGHTS ISSUE: ALLOTMENT TO BoD AND MANAGEMENT
| Members of the Board of Directors and the management team of Nordic Mining ASA have received allotment in the Rights Issue as described below. The subscription price per share is NOK 1.10. Bernhard Mellbye (Chairman): 100,000 shares. Prior to the allotment Mellbye with companies had 21,154 shares in Nordic Mining. Mellbye's new shareholding is 121,154 shares. Ivar S. Fossum (CEO): 90,543 shares. Prior to the allotment Fossum had 90,543 shares in Nordic Mining. Fossum's new share holding is 181,086 shares. In addition, Fossum has an option to buy 450,000 shares at a price of NOK 6.97 per share. Jan Sjølie (EVP): 1,090,000 shares. Prior to the allotment Sjølie had 437,628 shares in Nordic Mining. Sjølie's new share holding is 1,527,628 shares. In addition, Sjølie has an option to buy 275,000 shares at a price of NOK 6.97 per share. Lars K. Grøndahl (CFO): 952,199 shares Prior to the allotment Grøndahl had 150,000 shares in Nordic Mining. Grøndahl's share holding is 1,102,199 shares.
