Nordic Mining has today received a new Business Certificate from the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises as a result of completed private placement; ref. press release dated 30 March 2007.

 

The registered share capital of Nordic Mining is NOK 3,961,814 divided on 39,618,140 shares. The share capital is registered as fully paid.
