NOMI - SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE

Reference is made to press release of November 27th 2006 regarding share capital increase in Nordic Mining. Nordic Mining has today received a new Business Certificate from the Norwegian Registry of Business Enterprises.

The new registered share capital of Nordic Mining is NOK 2,871,814 divided on 28,718,140 shares. The share capital is registered as fully paid.
