NORDIC MINING: Resignation of CFO

Nordic Mining ASA (“Nordic Mining” or the “Company”) informs that Christian Gjerde has tendered his resignation from his position as CFO in Nordic Mining to pursue opportunities outside of the Company. The effective date of his resignation will be further agreed with the Company.

Nordic Mining will immediately start the process to recruit a successor.

“I greatly appreciate the tremendous effort Gjerde has carried out in Nordic Mining, having secured the full financing of Engebø Rutile and Garnet in a challenging market. I wish him best of luck with his career going forward”, says CEO Ivar S. Fossum.

“It has been great to be part of securing the full financing of USD 277 million for the Engebø Project and the commencement of construction of the first new mine in Norway for close to 40 years. I am sure that Nordic Mining will have great success with the Engebø Project, and I look forward to following the development of the Company going forward”, says Gjerde.
