Nordic Mining Announces first production of mineral concentrate at Engebø Rutile and Garnet
Nordic Mining ASA (“Nordic Mining” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that the first mineral concentrates were produced at the Engebø Rutile and Garnet Project while commissioning advances and production ramp-up commence.
Key milestones achieved according to plan during Q4 2024:
- First ore to the primary crusher – Completed in September 2024
- First ore to the milling and mineral separation circuits – Completed in November 2024
- First mineral concentrates – Completed 23 December 2024
The operations at Engebø will focus on maintaining the quality of the mineral concentrates as the production is ramping up to designed operating rates over the next quarters and reach stable operations during 2025.
