Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from Nordic Mining ASA (“Nordic Mining” or the "Company") on 30 March 2023 regarding the general meeting's approval of the subsequent offering of up to 216,666,667 new shares (the "Subsequent Offering").

Kjell Sletsjøe, Deputy Chair of the Board of Nordic Mining ASA, has today 13 April 2023 subscribed for 333,333 shares in the Subsequent Offering at the subscription price of NOK 0.60 per share. Of the aggregated subscription, 22,152 were subscribed for based on allotted subscription rights, whereas 311,181 represent oversubscription. Following the transaction Sletsjøe will hold 355,009 shares in Nordic Mining ASA, assuming allocation of the oversubscription.
