Reference is made to the stock exchange notices from Nordic Mining ASA (“Nordic Mining” or the "Company") on 30 March 2023 regarding the general meeting's approval of the subsequent offering of up to 216,666,667 new shares (the "Subsequent Offering").
Steinar Kleppe, Resource and Geology Manager in Nordic Rutile AS, has today 14 April 2023 subscribed for 182,721 shares in the Subsequent Offering at the subscription price of NOK 0.60 per share. Following the transaction Kleppe holds 361,509 shares in Nordic Mining ASA.
