Nordic Mining ASA: Resignation of CFO

Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining" or the "Company") informs that Jens Gisle Schnelle today has tendered his resignation from his position as CFO in Nordic Mining to pursue opportunities outside of the Company. The effective date of his resignation will be 31 January 2024. Mr. Schnelle will continue to assist Nordic Mining through a service agreement going forward to ensure a smooth transition. Nordic Mining will immediately start the process to recruit a successor.
