Nordic Mining’s annual report for 2017 is approved and follows in attachment to this stock market release.
The Board of Directors of Nordic Mining ASA has approved the 2017 annual financial statements for the Group and for the parent company, and the Board of Directors’ report. There are no material changes in the consolidated financial statements compared to the unaudited fourth quarter 2017 report. The annual report will be available on the company’s webpage.
The auditor's report, which is incorporated in the annual report, includes a statutory emphasis of matter related to the further financing of the Group.

Nordic Mining's associated company Keliber in Finland is in the process of completing its definitive feasibility study and preparing for production of lithium carbonate. Nordic Mining has rights for exploration and production of high-purity quartz in Kvinnherad in Norway. Further, the Company holds exploration rights at Reinfjord in northern Norway where a prospective area of sulphide mineralisation has been discovered. Nordic Mining is also exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
