As per 11 June 2009, Dag Dvergsten, Chairman of the Board of Nordic Mining ASA, has received proxies for a total of 4,865,303 shares, or approximately 5.1% of the share capital, for the ordinary General Meeting in Nordic Mining ASA to be held 15 June 2009. In addition, Dag Dvergsten through companies controls 8,735,655 shares, or approximately 9.2% of the share capital in Nordic Mining ASA.

 

As a consequence, Dag Dvergsten will represent more than 10% of the voting rights at the ordinary General Meeting. The proxies are valid only for the ordinary General Meeting.
