Ivar S. Fossum, CEO of Nordic Mining ASA, has been appointed to act as unconditional proxy for a total of 4,029,214 shares, or 7.53% of the share capital, at the extraordinary General Meeting in Nordic Mining ASA to be held 15 April 2008.

 

Ivar S. Fossum's voting rights at the Annual General Meeting thus pass the 5% threshold.
