Revised discharge permit confirmed by Ministry of Climate and Environment

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Nordic Mining ASA on 18 January 2021 relating to the revised discharge permit granted by the Norwegian Environment Agency for the Engebø project.

The Ministry of Climate and Environment has today confirmed that the complaints received in relation to the revised discharge permit do not provide any basis to revoke or change the permit and maintain the Norwegian Environment Agency's decision.
