Ruling in case against Artic Mineral Resources expected mid-October

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice from Nordic Mining ASA ("Nordic Mining") on 5 March 2021 regarding the legal dispute with Artic Mineral Resources ("AMR").

Nordic Mining has today been informed by Oslo City Court that the ruling in the case against AMR is delayed. The ruling is now expected in the week starting 11 October 2021.
