Reference is made to stock exchange notice 19 June 2008 and disclosure requirements in the Securities Trading Act 2007 section 5-8, (2). Nordic Mining ASA increased the share capital by 5,104,000 shares on 19 June 2008 through a private placement. The share capital is now NOK 9,191,730.80 consisting of 91,917,308 shares. Each share has one vote.
