Today, Nordic Mining's subsidiary Keliber Oy (Keliber) starts a new drilling program in Ostrobothnia in Finland. The plan is to drill approximately 3,000 meters for further investigation of prospective targets for spodumene pegmatite in areas where the company has rights for exploration. In addition, possible continuation of the Länttä deposit will be investigated. The purpose is to verify an increased resource base for Keliber's lithium project.

Earlier this year Keliber has done first phase exploration in several areas in Ostrobothnia, ref. press release dated 19 August 2010. The drilling program is a continuation of the exploration and the target is to verify preliminary results and interpretations from the first phase.

The drilling program will continue for 3-4 months. Drilling will start in the Buldans area south of Emmes deposit where a large number of spodumene pegmatite boulders and a possible outcrop have been identified in the first phase.  6-9 drill holes are planned depending on detailed interpretation and drilling results. Drilling will also be executed in two other areas which are considered prosperous based on the first phase exploration.

At Länttä 3 drill holes are planned at the end of the well-defined deposit which has a length of approximately 430 meters. The purpose is to improve the understanding of a possible continuation of the deposit.

Keliber has contracted the company Oy Kati AB (Kati) for the drilling program. Kati has previously done drilling for The Geological Survey of Finland (GTK) and has extensive experience and knowledge of drilling and exploration of spodumene pegmatite.
