An extraordinary general meeting of the shareholders in Nordic Mining ASA will be held at 16:30 (4.30 pm) on Thursday 4 February 2016 in the company’s office in Vika Atrium, Munkedamsveien 45 (entrance A, 5th floor), N-0250 Oslo, Norway.

The Board of Directors proposes that the general meeting grants an authorisation to enable a possible issuance of shares in connection with acquisitions and/or raise of capital for further development of the Engebø project and the other projects of the company.

The summons for the extraordinary general meeting with the agenda (in Norwegian and English, respectively) is enclosed with this notice. The documents will also be available on the company's webpage www.nordicmining.com.

Through the subsidiary Nordic Ocean Resources AS, Nordic Mining is exploring opportunities related to seabed mineral resources.
