As per 14 June 2010, Dag Dvergsten, Chairman of the Board of Nordic Mining ASA has received proxies for approximately 8.8% of the share capital for the General Meeting in Nordic Mining ASA to be held 16 June 2010. In addition, Dag Dvergsten through own company controls 8,469,145 shares, or approximately 6,8% of the share capital in Nordic Mining ASA.

 

As a consequence, Dag Dvergsten will represent shares similar to approximately 15.6% of the voting rights at the General Meeting. The proxies are valid only for the General Meeting.
