Nordic Nanovector – Mandatory Notification of trade – primary insider

Oslo, Norway, 7 June 2023

Jon Magne Asmyr, the Chairman of the Board has today purchased 400.000 shares in Nordic Nanovector ASA (the "Company") at an average share price of NOK 1,09 per share. Following this transaction, Jon Magne Asmyr owns 4.150.000 shares in the Company.
