Nordic Nanovector ASA Notes Publication of Letter by Largest Shareholder North Energy
Oslo, Norway, 16 January 2023
Nordic Nanovector ASA ("Nordic Nanovector" or the "Company") notes the publication of a letter on 10 January 2023 by North Energy ASA, the largest shareholder of the Company holding approximately 16.5% of the outstanding votes and shares in the Company.
In the letter, North Energy requests additional financial information to be published to all shareholders in the upcoming Q4 report due on 28 February 2023; and secondly that the Company pre-announce certain key preliminary financial information prior to the Q4 report (no later than 16 January 2023).
Nordic Nanovector confirms that it will report its results in line with the Oslo Børs regulations on the specified date.
