Nordic Trustee appoints new CEO in Sweden

Nordic Trustee has appointed Christoffer Andersson as new CEO for its Swedish practice. He will join Nordic Trustee during second quarter and will then replace Jo Forfang, Group General Counsel, who has acted as interim CEO in Sweden since November last year.

Christoffer has vast experience from working as a banking and finance lawyer. He currently works as legal counsel at Swedbank, Large Corporates & Institutions, and prior to that he worked for several years as lawyer at the leading law firms Roschier and Mannheimer Swartling.

We are convinced that Christoffer, with his business drive, his in-depth knowledge of the underlying product and his wide network in the Stockholm bond market, will secure our continued growth in Sweden”, Ragnar Sjoner, CEO of the Nordic Trustee Group, says.

Christoffer will, given his legal expertise in corporate bonds and restructurings, also be acting head of legal in Sweden, in addition to his role as CEO.
