Svolder AB (publ) (P.O.Box 70431, SE-107 25 Stockholm, Sweden, Swedish company registration number 556469-2019), now possesses in total 2,481,876 shares of DKK 1 each, corresponding to 10.31 percent of the total number of shares and voting rights in the Company. Accordingly, Svolder possesses more than 10 percent of the total share capital and voting rights in Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S.
