Promotions to Group Management at Nordic Waterproofing
Nordic Waterproofing Holding A/S (STO: NWG.ST) announces the appointment of Petter Holth, Head of Nordic Waterproofing in Norway, and Martin Tholstrup, Head of Taasinge Elementer A/S, as new members of Nordic Waterproofing’s Group Management.
Petter Holth has been with Nordic Waterproofing since 2012 and was managing director at Nortett AS when Nordic Waterproofing acquired the company in 2012.
Martin Tholstrup is managing director of Taasinge Elementer, in which Nordic Waterproofing today has acquired 80 percent of the shares. Martin has been with the company since 2015 as commercial director with responsibility for sales and marketing, and remains as one of two minority shareholders of Taasinge Elementer A/S.
“These appointments reflect Nordic Waterproofing’s recent expansion and further reinforce our Group management”, said Martin Ellis, CEO of Nordic Waterproofing. “Petter Holth has been instrumental in integrating Nortett into our Group and there-after growing our presence in Norway. Martin Tholstrup has substantially increased the commercial competences within Taasinge Elementer and has secured the successful turnaround of the company. Their experience and knowledge will be a strong contribution to the work in the Group Management.”
In addition to his current assignment as CFO, Jonas Olin, will assume the position as Head of Investor Relations, as Anders Antonsson will return to his role as independent communications consultant.
