Interim report Q2: Continued strong organic growth within all segments

April – June 2022

• Net sales increased with 86 % and amounted to SEK 911 (491) million.
• Organic growth amounted to 25 (44) %.
• Adjusted EBIT increased to SEK 75 (47) million with a margin of 8.2 (9.5) %.
• Profit for the period amounted to SEK 44 (20) million.
• Earnings per share for the period before and after dilution amounted to SEK 0.78 (0.67).

“The Group has reported strong organic growth during the past quarters and this trend continued during the second quarter as well. Net sales increased with 86 % during the second quarter, of which 25 % was organic growth and amounted to SEK 911 million. The strong growth is primarily explained by continued large national infrastructure investments in Sweden and Norway, both regions where we have established a strong market position. We continue to see large national investment needs both within new and existing infrastructure in Sweden and Norway, not least as a result of actions toward a more environmental society. With our modern machinery and significant size, we are well positioned for the future and can contribute to this”, says Andreas Christoffersson, CEO of Nordisk Bergteknik AB.
