Nordisk Bergteknik completes the acquisition of TSB Borrentreprenad

As of today, August 29, Nordisk Bergteknik completes the acquisition of TSB Borrentreprenad AB. Nordisk Bergteknik announced on August 12 that it had entered into an agreement regarding the acquisition of all shares in TSB.

TSB was founded in 1992 and had sales of approximately SEK 49 million in 2021. The company has around 25 employees and provides services in directional drilling, hammer drilling and core drilling. The business is based in Sollefteå and operates primarily in Norrland but undertakes assignments throughout Sweden. The company is consolidated into Rock Sweden on the 31st of August 2022.
