The Ljusdal based company Helsinge IT is acquired by the IT group Nordlo
Nordlo is acquiring the fast-growing Ljusdal company Helsinge IT with the aim of offering the municipality's business community comprehensive IT solutions and continuing to grow together with its customers.
“My colleagues and I will continue to work closely with our customers as we have done for the past eight years. The difference now is that they'll have access to all the expertise and resources available at Nordlo,” says Fredrik Forsberg, founder and CEO of Helsinge IT.

With the acquisition of Helsinge IT, Nordlo now has a local presence in eight locations in southern Norrland – Ljusdal, Gävle, Bollnäs, Örnsköldsvik, Söderhamn, Östersund, Sundsvall and Hudiksvall.
“Helsinge IT shares Nordlo's view of both the importance of being close to customers and the benefits of taking overall responsibility for their IT environments. The acquisition is a way for us to continue to grow in southern Norrland and to have a closer base from which to provide services to customers in Ljusdal and the surrounding area,” says Anders Strömsten, Business Area Manager at Nordlo.
Helsinge IT was founded in 2016 and offers Ljusdal's business community operation and support of IT infrastructure services. The company works with the manufacturing industry and the private school sector, among others.
“For most of our customers, we act as the technical hub responsible for the entire journey from feasibility studies and implementation to operation and support. Becoming part of Nordlo means that our customers get a more comprehensive portfolio of services while retaining the proximity and security that a local partner provides,” says Fredrik Forsberg, CEO of Helsinge IT.
