Biljana Pehrsson appointed new CEO of Nordr Sweden

Biljana Pehrsson has been appointed as new CEO for Nordr Sweden, Scandinavia’s third largest housing developer. She will join the Nordr group management team and will join the company on 15 August.

With her on board we have a strong, experienced, and skillful leader with vast knowledge of business, leadership and entrepreneurship. Biljana Pehrsson was appointed CEO at Castellum in November 2021 after the merger with Kungsleden, where she held the post as CEO since 2013. During the years at Kungsleden, she pursued a comprehensive change of strategy and established a solid platform for growth, where the company’s real estate value increased from 14 to 43 billion SEK.

- Kungsleden was a challenging and exciting experience. Now, I look forward to the next exciting journey, with Nordr. My ambition is to strengthen further the company’s position and gear up the journey of profitable and sustainable growth that we see going forward.

Nordr is Scandinavia’s third largest housing developer with a turnover of 5,7 bn SEK last year and 17 000 homes under development, with Sweden representing approximately two thirds of the business.

Nordr develops modern homes in seven of Scandinavia’s biggest and most expansive cities – Stockholm, Gothenburg and Malmö in Sweden and Oslo, Trondheim, Bergen and Stavanger in Norway.
