Caroline Berg new Board member of Nordstjernan AB

The Nomination Committee of Nordstjernan AB proposes that Caroline Berg be elected as a new member and Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2016.

Caroline Berg is Chairman of Axel Johnson AB and the Erik and Göran Ennerfelt Fund for International Studies for Young Swedes, Vice Chairman of Mekonomen Group and a Board member of AxFast, Axfood, Axstores and the Advisory Board of the Stockholm School of Economics. From 2006 to 2014, Caroline Berg served as Director of Human Development and Communication and was a member of the Group management at Axel Johnson.

The Nomination Committee also proposes that the following current Board members be re-elected: Viveca Ax:son Johnson (Chairman), Peter Leimdörfer, Per Lindberg, Tomas Nicolin and Bo Risberg. Antonia Ax:son Johnson has declined re-election after serving on the Board for 34 years.
