Nordstjernan has sold all shares in NCC

Nordstjernan Aktiebolag (“Nordstjernan”) has completed the sale of 3,636,501 Class A shares in NCC AB (publ) (“NCC” or the “Company”) to Swedish and international institutional investors. The shares will be delivered post reclassification of Class A shares to Class B shares. The sale was carried out at a price corresponding to SEK 130 per share. The sale means that Nordstjernan no longer holds any shares in NCC.

“Nordstjernan has been an active owner in NCC since the Company was formed. In recent years, we have reduced our holding in the Company and this sale is aligned with what we communicated in December 2023. Nordstjernan and NCC have enjoyed a fantastic collaboration over the years and I would like to express my sincere gratitude to the Company's management and employees for their efforts,” says Peter Hofvenstam, Chief Executive Officer of Nordstjernan.
