Nordstjernan issues call options in Bonava

CEO Joachim Hallengren and Chairman Mikael Norman at Bonava AB (publ) (“Bonava”) have acquired call options for shares in Bonava. The call options were issued on market-based terms by Bonava’s principal owner, Nordstjernan AB. The call options do not entail any dilution for the other shareholders. Bonava is not participating in the issue of the call options and will not be charged with any related costs.
