Nordstjernan issues call options in Momentum Group

CEO Ulf Lilius and CFO Niklas Enmark of Momentum Group AB (publ) (“Momentum Group”) have acquired call options for shares in Momentum Group. The call options were issued on market-based terms by Momentum Group’s principal owner, Nordstjernan AB. The call options do not entail any dilution for the other shareholders. Momentum Group is not participating in the issue of the call options and will not be charged with any related costs.
