Nordstjernan issues call options to senior executives at Swedol

Senior executives within the Swedol Group have been offered an opportunity to acquire call options in Swedol AB (publ) on market terms. The call options were issued by Nordstjernan AB, the principal owner in Swedol AB (publ).

The Board of Directors in Swedol AB (publ) has been informed of the offer. Swedol AB (publ) does not participate in the offer and will not be charged with any costs that are attributable to the offer.
