Nordstjernan’s holding in Active Biotech exceeds 15 percent

Nordstjernan AB (“Nordstjernan”), in conjunction with Active Biotech AB’s (“Active Biotech”) new issue with preferential rights to the company’s shareholders, has increased its holding in the company. This occurred through subscription of Nordstjernan’s share of the new issue (590,628 shares) and an additional 150,087 shares as part of Nordstjernan’s guarantee undertaking. After the new issue, Nordstjernan’s holding is 7,828,261 shares, corresponding to 15.3 percent of the shares and votes.
