Drilling on Lupin has started

Stavanger, 11. March 2013: Norwegian Energy Company ASA (Noreco) is pleased to announce that the drilling of exploration well 16/8-3 S on the Lupin prospect in licence PL360 in the Norwegian North Sea has started.

The well is being drilled using the drilling rig Songa Trym.

Noreco has a 15 percent interest in licence PL360, which is operated by Statoil.
