Noreco: Written Resolution Resolved

Oslo, 13 December 2022: Reference is made to the announcement made by Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" or the "Company") on Monday 12 December 2022.

The written resolution in respect to the Company's outstanding bond issue NOR13 (ISIN: NO 0010851520) has been resolved and approved by the Company's bondholders. Please see the attached Notice of Written Resolution for further information.

Arctic Securities AS and Pareto Securities AS have been engaged as financial advisors to the Company and Advokatfirmaet BAHR AS has been engaged as legal advisor in connection with the amendment proposal. Advokatfirmaet Thommessen AS has acted as legal advisor to the financial advisors.
