Noreco summons bondholder meetings

Stavanger, 21 October 2013: Norwegian Energy Company ("Noreco") has today summoned bondholder meetings requesting changes to its bond loans (NOR04, NOR05, NOR06, NOR07, NOR08 and NOR09) resulting in a fully amended bond structure.
