Resignation of Director

Oslo, 14 April 2021: Lars Purlund has resigned from the Board of Directors of Norwegian Energy Company ASA (“Noreco” or “the Company”) with effect from today.

 

Further, reference is made to the option program for Noreco, as approved by the general meeting of the Company on 8 November 2018 and later amended. Following Mr Purlund’s resignation, and with effect from today, the number of granted options has been reduced by 23,333 to 960,535, with 238,333 options remaining to be granted under the program, each option giving the right to acquire or subscribe for one share in the Company upon exercise.
