Summons to bondholder meeting in NOR10

Oslo, 17 October 2018: Norwegian Energy Company ASA ("Noreco" or the "Issuer") has today summoned bondholders in NOR10 (ISIN: NO0010697030) to a bondholders' meeting to be held on 1 November 2018 at 13:00 CET.

Reference is made to the attached summons to bondholders meeting and the press release from the Issuer dated 17 October 2018 concerning the entry into by the Issuer´s subsidiary Altinex AS of a share purchase agreement for the purchase of all the shares in Shell Olie- og Gasudvinding Danmark B.V. from Shell Overseas Holdings Ltd.
