Norse Atlantic ASA, Changes to the Board of Directors – election of employee representatives

In a recently concluded election, the employees of Norse Atlantic ASA have elected employee representatives to the Board of Directors.

The following were elected as employee representatives.

Employee representatives:

  • Mathias Lindborg, Captain/Head of flight crew recruitment
  • Leif Andre Moland, VP Global Corporate Support/Cabin Crew
  • Synne-Linnea Horn Einarsen, Maintenance production planner

Deputies:

  • Johanna Lexell, Captain
  • Kristoffer Olsen, Maintenance Operations Coordinator
  • Benedicte Lundin, Head of cabin crew training

The term of office for the new employee's representatives starts from today and expires following the Annual General Meeting in 2026.
