Norse Atlantic ASA: Extended maturity of shareholder loan

Arendal, 15 October 2024: Reference is made to the stock exchange announcement published by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 12 April 2024 regarding a USD 20 million revolving credit facility (the "Facility") from its two largest shareholders Scorpio Holdings Limited and B T Larsen & Co Limited.

The Company hereby informs that it has agreed with the lenders to extend the maturity date under the Facility from 15 October 2024 to 15 December 2024. Except for the maturity date, the terms of the Facility remain unchanged.
