Norse Atlantic ASA: Mandatory notifications of trade of close associates

21 April 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 20 April 2023 regarding the completion of the subsequent offering of 60,000,000 new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering"), at a subscription price of NOK 2.50 per share (the "Offer Price").

Vineta Ltd, a company wholly owned by Terje Bodin Larsen, chairperson of the board of directors of the Company, was allocated 200,000 shares in the Subsequent Offering at the Offer Price. Following the transaction, Terje Bodin Larsen and related parties will control 300,000 shares in the Company.

Furthermore, to facilitate an appropriate share capital before the share consolidation so that the total amount of shares may be divided in the ratio 4:1, B T Larsen & Co Limited, a company controlled by Bjørn Tore Larsen, CEO of the Company, has subscribed for 2 new shares in the Company, at a subscription price of NOK 4.00. Following the transaction, Bjørn Tore Larsen and related parties will control 52,850,313 shares in the Company.
