Arendal, 25 April 2023: Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Norse Atlantic ASA (the "Company") on 20 April 2023 regarding the successful completion of a subsequent offer of new shares in the Company (the "Subsequent Offering").

The share capital increase pertaining to the issuance of the shares in the Subsequent Offering has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises:

Share capital: NOK 332,605,395.50

Total number of shares: 266 084 316

Nominal value per share: NOK 1.25
